Hikvision HD & IP systems

CCTV security solutions

Deter crime, protect your people and keep evidence-grade footage of your premises - with a Hikvision system designed, installed and maintained by the same team that looks after your fire protection.

The service

Eyes on your premises, wherever you are.

We design, install and maintain Hikvision HD and IP CCTV systems for commercial premises - from a four-camera shopfront to multi-building sites with networked recorders. Every design starts with what you actually need to see: entrances, yards, tills, stock, plant.

All systems include secure remote viewing from your phone or desktop, correctly configured retention, and signage to keep your installation on the right side of UK GDPR. Because we're already on site for many customers' fire servicing, ongoing maintenance can share the same visit.

  • Site survey & camera-by-camera system design
  • Hikvision HD & IP cameras, NVRs and storage
  • Secure remote viewing on phone, tablet & desktop
  • UK GDPR signage & retention guidance
  • Annual health checks, firmware & storage maintenance
  • Upgrades & takeovers of existing systems

Combine CCTV with a fire protection contract and one engineer visit can cover both - fewer interruptions, one renewal date, one point of contact.

FAQs

CCTV questions.

Can I view my cameras from my phone?

Yes - every system we install includes secure remote viewing through the Hikvision app, set up and demonstrated before we leave site. Multiple users and permission levels are supported.

Do I need to register my CCTV under GDPR?

If your cameras capture people - staff, visitors or the public - UK GDPR applies. In most cases that means appropriate signage, a defined retention period and registration with the ICO. We set the technical side up correctly and point you at the right guidance for the rest.

Can you take over or upgrade an existing system?

Usually, yes. Existing cabling can often be reused, which makes upgrading to HD far cheaper than a full reinstall. We'll survey what's there and give you honest options.
